This tasty dip is great as a snack or appetizer, served with freshly cut raw vegetables. It is low in calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium and high in vitamin A, calcium and protein.
Combine chopped spinach, nonfat yogurt and minced garlic in bowl and blend thoroughly.
Add fresh garlic, Mrs. Dash, curry powder, cumin and cayenne pepper and mix
until ingredients are thoroughly blended. Transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with a variety of freshly cut raw vegetables.
