This is a grown-up version of the classic childhood favorite creamy tomato soup.

  • 2 8-oz. containers plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups low-sodium canned tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
