Stage II: Full Liquids
This is a grown-up version of the classic childhood favorite creamy tomato soup.
- 2 8-oz. containers plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 cups low-sodium canned tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
