This savory brown rice and mushroom pilaf, is the perfect accompaniment to the Turkey Chili.
In a 4 quart saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, mushrooms and celery. Cook and stir for 5 to 10 minutes, until all vegetables are soft, but not brown.
Stir in the chicken broth, brown rice, parsley, Mrs. Dash and black pepper. Cover. Bring to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium. Cook according to brown rice package directions, about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain off any liquid. Fluff with a fork. Serve with Turkey Chili.
