Peanut butter and banana come together to make a delicious smoothie packed with protein and flavor.

  • 1/4 cup skim milk or unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 packet all natural zero calorie sweetener

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
