Stage II: Full Liquids
Try this quick and simple high-protein soup!
- 1/3 Cup of Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Low-Sodium Chicken or Beef Bouillon Powder
- 3 Tablespoons of Unflavored Whey Protein (Try Isopure)
- 1 Cup of Hot Water
Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl. Mix well and serve warm.
