Delicious Greek yogurt makes this smoothie creamy and super nutritious.

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 1 scoop Twinlab Bariatric protein powder
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice

In a blender, combine the milk, berries, protein powder, yogurt and ice. Blend until the ingredients are emulsified.
