A great Italian dish that is rich, filling, and low in fat.
Steam the broccoli until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and saute garlic over medium heat until barely golden.
Cut broccoli into 1-inch pieces; place broccoli, ricotta cheese, garlic, and red pepper in food processor and pulse until combined.
