This is a quick, easy, and nutritious fish dish!

  • 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 4 (4-Ounce) Halibut Steaks

Turn the oven onto the broiler setting. In a small bowl, combine the basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over both sides of the halibut.

Place the fish on a sheet pan covered with aluminum foil. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until the fish is cooked through.
