This creamy topping features refreshing cucumber, yogurt, canola oil and fragrant dill. Refrigerated, it will keep up to one week.

  • 1 Cup of Sliced Seedless Cucumber (Peeled If Desired)
  • 1 6-oz. Container of Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. of Canola Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Pinch of Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. of Fresh Dill Leaves
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste


In a blender, purée cucumber, yogurt, canola oil, feta cheese, cumin, dill leaves, and pepper together. Toss with greens and serve!
