Eat a rainbow of colors in this naturally sweet and nutritious dessert or snack.

  • 1 cup sliced fresh berries strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries
  • 1 cup plain fat free yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
  • Mint leaf, for garnish

In a glass parfait dish, layer the yogurt, nuts and berries. Garnish with mint leaf.
