- 1 cup sliced fresh berries strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries
- 1 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 4 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
- Mint leaf, for garnish
In a glass parfait dish, layer the yogurt, nuts and berries. Garnish with mint leaf.
