Try this healthy take on a classic Italian dish.

  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen or Fresh Spinach, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Cup of Fat-Free Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Mix first 3 ingredients. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Microwave for about 2 minutes or until melty.
